That’s life. You could have a long innings, or a short one — one never knows. As such one can only hope for the best and be prepared for the worst. We all seek the comfort of permanence, but the only reliable truth is that of impermanence. Nobody ever managed to beat that! We surround ourselves with the illusions of permanence – a solid house we call home, people we love who love us back, friends, annual events, plans for the future, books to be read, movies to be watched, and so on. And yet, all slips away from us. Insecure, once again we struggle to look for things that give us a sense of permanence – the company of young people; shopping for clothes we plan to wear on happy occasions, food to fill our fridge with, and books to line our racks with. We resist facing this one unpalatable, yet unchangeable truth — that impermanence is the only permanence.

Many around you want to point out "reality" to you. They say, "Face the facts. Look at what-is." And we say to you if you are able to see only what-is - then, by the Law of Attraction, you will only create more of what-is... You must be able to put your thoughts beyond what-is in order to attract something different or something more. Your thoughts create your "reality." You should learn to manifest your thoughts to shape the world around you.
One of the most important skills in life to create harmonious relationships, reduce stress and enhance emotional awareness is empathy. Being empathetic requires skill and can be tricky at times. When you relate to another person's feelings and needs, you build connections. To truly be empathetic requires the ability to shed the need to blame, advise or fix. You simply listen and relate. When we feel empathy for others it gives us a perspective, a sense of peace and connects us to them.
Basically, I believe that by suffering I can be on the same frequency as other human beings and therefore be able to communicate to them. If I were fully healthy, wealthy and joyful then I would not be able to communicate to human beings who are suffering and they would despise me. How is it possible to live in happiness, abundance, and joy and at the same time have an open heart to those who are suffering?
