Being a vegetarian (been one since birth. yeah it's extremely common among Indians) and struggling to get healthy with my choices for food for a good, healthy lifestyle has always been a struggle. I started writing about food and sharing recipes since the last month (so far, I've shared only 2 recipes) and I've come to know the importance of staying healthy more than ever. It's all about the right mindset. So today, I won't share a recipe but instead share some tips to help you and keep you on track about making the right choices when it comes to health and food. Consider this as a friend's advice because that is how I'm writing this out..Just simple language and not even going to make revisions or make changes later on.. Sharing this as I write and publish a raw draft.

This is one question that comes to our mind every now and then. So how do you show up as your best self? How do you make it happen? What is it that we need to understand or learn to use in our own lives to go that extra mile? My pro tip : Learn from the best players in the game. *Obviously, right?*

What embittered them so much that their view of the world and fellow beings became so jaundiced?
